Klamczynska Wins Consolation Final

SALT LAKE CITY-Boise State women's tennis senior Sonia Klamczynska won the consolation bracket of the A Flight Singles draw Sunday, at the Utah Invitational in Salt Lake City.

Klamczynska took care of Kaitlin Burns from LSU in straight sets to end her run. The Bronco earned a 6-3, 6-4 victory for her third-straight win in singles play.

Freshman Kaitlyn Brown also competed, Sunday, falling in a singles match to Rebecca Bodine of LSU, 6-0, 6-2. The rest of the Broncos finished play at the tournament Saturday.

The Utah Invitational marks the end of the fall season for Boise State. The Broncos will begin the spring season at home, Jan. 20, against Utah State.
