For the second time in as many games, Boise State redshirt senior quarterback Kellen Moore earned Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week accolades, the conference announced Monday.
Moore and San Diego State running back Ronnie Hillman shared the award this week. The Prosser, Wash., product now has seven-career Player of the Week Awards.
Moore completed 32-of-42 passes for 455 yards and five touchdowns against Toledo, helping to lead the Broncos to a 40-15 victory over the Rockets.
The 32 completions were a career high, the five touchdowns tied a career high and his 42 attempts and 455 passing yards were each the second-most of his Bronco career.
Moore posted a completion percentage of .762 and a quarterback rating of 201.71.
The Broncos will face Tulsa Saturday (Sept. 24) in the first home game of the season. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m., and the game will be nationally-televised by CBS Sports Network. --broncosports.com--
