Bowl FAQ's



To access your account:

  1. Log on to the "Season Ticket Holder Page"
  2. Click on "My Account" at the top of the page
  3. Under mail/account you will enter your email or season ticket account number
  4. Enter the password you set up. If you need to reset your password call the Athletic Ticket Office at 208-426-4737.
  5. Verify your mailing address (this is the address where your tickets will be shipped via Fed Ex. NO PO BOXES).
  6. Log into your account online for priority seating. Priority seating deadline for season ticket holders is Tuesday, December 4th at MIDNIGHT.

Your Tickets will be available at the Athletic Ticket Office located on the West side of Bronco Stadium on Monday, December 10th. You must present your Boise State ID to pick up the tickets.

The Broncos are bowl bound! Boise State has accepted an invitation to the 21st MAACO Bowl Las Vegas. This is your one stop information source for all things related to Boise State's 11th straight bowl berth. We have attempted to provide as much initial clarity as possible, and we will update information in the coming days as we have more specific communication from bowl officials and announce travel packages.

How much are tickets and how can I purchase them?

Tickets are $62 each.  Anyone age three (3) and above needs a ticket. You can purchase Boise State bowl tickets the following ways; however the internet is always the fastest option and is available 24/7:

  1. Online at 2012 Boise State football season ticket holders must log on using the email address tied to their season ticket account. General public must create an account to purchase.
  2. Calling the Athletic Ticket Office at 208-426-4737.
  3. In person at the Athletic Ticket Office located on the west side of Bronco Stadium.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Cash is accepted when purchasing tickets in person at the Athletic Ticket Office. Checks will be accepted by current 2012 Boise State football season ticket holders ONLY when purchasing in person at the Athletic Ticket Office.

Where is the Boise State section?

Fans purchasing tickets through the Boise State Ticket Office will be located in one of the Boise State designated sections. To view a seat map, click here.

How many tickets can I purchase?

There is no limit to the number of tickets you can order. If you have a large party, you must buy together to sit together. No seat together requests will be accepted.

How will the actual ticket locations for Boise State fans be allocated?

The Boise State Ticket Office is currently taking orders for bowl tickets and will continue doing so until we sell out our allotment. Seat locations will be allocated to current 2012 football season ticket holders based on donor level, BAA membership priority and the date and time you purchased the tickets. Seat locations will not be known until you receive the tickets. The deadline for ordering with priority seating is TUESDAY, DEC. 4 at MIDNIGHT.

After midnight on Dec. 4, ticket orders will be allocated and fulfilled on the spot. Any remaining tickets would then be seated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are purchasing additional tickets, they will not be seated with your original order. Tickets ordered through the Boise State Ticket Office will be located in the Boise State fan sections, which are designated by the bowl.

What if need accessible seating?

Please call the Boise State Ticket Office at 208-426-4737. All accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I get the tickets I purchase?

All tickets will be sent by Fed Ex 2-Day Express to the mailing address on the account the tickets are purchased in. Tickets are estimated to go out on Dec. 10. A signature is required to deliver all packages. All packages require a signature, no exceptions. If no one is available to sign for the package, a delivery notification and phone number will be left by Fed Ex. You can sign the tag and when Fed Ex checks back the next day, they will leave the package if the tag is signed. Fed Ex will not deliver to a PO Box. No address or name changes once the tickets are purchased. Boise State is not responsible for any missing packages.

Can I have my tickets placed at will call?

No. Will call is not available for this event. No third-party will call accepted. 

What happens if I lose my tickets or am not able to attend the game?

There are no reprints of tickets, please put your tickets in a safe place. There are no refunds or exchanges. 



Is there a Boise State fan travel package?

Where can I park once I'm at the bowl game?

Parking is available at Sam Boyd Stadium on the day of the game for $10. Boise State will not be preselling parking. The lot will open up at 8am on game day. RV Parking is available in the south dirt lot for the same price and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.



Is there an official Boise State pre-game tailgate party?

Yes! The Boise State Ticket Office is selling tickets to the pre-game Bronco Brunch at Sam Boyd Stadium put on by the Boise State Alumni Association and the Bronco Athletic Association with performances by the Blue Thunder Marching Band, Mane Line and cheerleaders. You can purchase tickets to the Brunch at the same time you purchase your game tickets either online, over the phone, or in person at the Athletic Ticket Office.

  • $45 per ticket (subject to availability).
  • Menu includes scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, country potatoes, sausage, bacon and pastries.
  • Open from 10am - 12:30pm (PT).
  • Must present game ticket AND tailgate ticket to get into the Bronco Brunch.

Is there an official team hotel?

The Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas is the official hotel of the Broncos. Please contact Harmon Travel at 208-388-3000 for hotel accommodations.

Bronco fans at the Fremont Street Experience:

There are two opportunities for Bronco fans to gather at the world-famous Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas. On Dec. 19, there is a welcome reception presented by the Outback Steakhouse. Under the historic lights, the teams will be welcomed to Las Vegas by showgirls and official dignitaries. There will be team season highlights featured on the light canopy during the event.

On Dec. 21, fans and alumni are invited to join team representatives, cheerleaders, the bands and mascots at the MAACO Bowl Las Vegas Pep Rally. Interactive contests, the battle of the bands and the cheerleaders will entertain the fans in attendance.



What time do gates open?

Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Kickoff is scheduled for 12:30pm (PT).
