BOISE, Idaho – Boise State women's soccer head coach Jim Thomas announced, Wednesday, Andie Hill of Boise, Idaho signed a letter of intent to join the Broncos.

Hill comes to Boise State from Borah High School where she was a three-year letterwinner for the Lions. She was named to the 5A All-Southern Idaho Conference first team for her efforts as a junior and to the All-SIC second team during her senior season. Hill was selected as team captain in 2011 and 2012 as well as being named the offensive MVP both seasons.

“Andie is super explosive and aggressive, with and without the ball,” Thomas said. “She excels with the ball at her feet under pressure and has a true goal-scoring knack off the dribble and out of the air. We are excited no matter what position Andie falls into as it will be an exciting contribution to our standard of winning.”

At the club level, Hill was a member of FC SuperNova Elite under Eric Simmonsen. Hill and her teammates Hanna Frakes and Baylee Blaser, who also signed at Boise State, have won two National Championships and were quarterfinalists in the 2012 Surf Cup.
