Bettles Named MW Player of the Year

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Boise State junior Andy Bettles was named the 2013 Mountain West Men's Tennis Player of the Year, the conference announced, Thursday.

Nathan Sereke joined Bettles as a member of the All-Mountain West Singles Team while the pair was also named to the All-Mountain West Doubles Team after finishing with a 15-8 record as the Broncos' top duo.

Bettles finished the spring season with a 21-5 singles record, playing every match at the No. 1 spot. Sereke went 12-8 playing at No. 2.

It is the second singles honor and the first doubles honor for Bettles, while Sereke was tabbed for the first time in singles and the third time in doubles.
