BOISE, Idaho - The Boise State women's soccer team is putting on their annual Fall ID Camp, Oct. 5-6, for girls 13 and older. The camp is aimed at giving female athletes insight to collegiate level soccer and information on the college recruiting process.
"We are extremely excited to have the opportunity to work directly with the up and coming players in Region IV and beyond," said head coach Jim Thomas. "Our staff have a unique style and approach to coaching which this ID Camp will allow players considering playing at the collegiate level that chance to experience up close and personal. Our program will incorporate theoretical sessions as well as multiple field sessions concluding with the chance to watch Boise State compete against Air Force, resulting in a comprehensive opportunity to for players to be evaluated and identified".
Training sessions will be conducted by the Boise State soccer coaching staff, led by head coach Jim Thomas and assistant coaches Madison Collins and Ed Moore. Current Boise State players will also assist in training sessions. Participants will receive a Boise State camp t-shirt and free admission to the Boise State vs. Air Force game at 12 p.m. on Oct. 6. Camp fees are $150 for Saturday and Sunday. Single days run $100 for Saturday, $50 for Sunday.
