BOISE, Idaho - Fresh off the Bronco Blitz, Boise State football is about to embark on another tour, and this one will include first-year head coach Bryan Harsin.
The six-day Bronco Invasion will include nearly two dozen stops, making its way through the far west Treasure Valley and the Magic Valley/Twin Falls area, and extending through Eastern Idaho and Idaho Falls.
The Bronco coaching staff hit 130 Idaho high schools and communities in April, but Harsin was unable to participate due to NCAA recruiting guidelines. This time around, Harsin will be in attendance, and he will be joined at selected events by members of the Boise State football team, Bronco cheerleaders and Buster Bronco.
Harsin will be escorted on the Invasion by The Bronco Truck, the vehicle owned and operated by Air Van that hauls the team's gear to each of its road games.
In addition to introducing Harsin to Bronco fans outside of the Boise area, Boise State also hopes to continue to spread the Bronco message across the state of Idaho.
