BOISE, Idaho - Sammie Watson clinched the Broncos' victory with her straight-set singles win on court six as Boise State remained undefeated at home with a 5-2 victory over the Weber State Wildcats Sunday afternoon in the Boas Indoor Tennis Center at Boise. The win completed a weekend sweep and improved Boise State to 4-1 overall and 4-0 at home.
"We're making progress! The things we've been working hard on behind the scenes are starting to show quite a bit in our matches so that's really positive," siad coach Beck Roghaar. "Weber (State) competed really tough today and we had to battle to get over the top. I'm proud of the ladies' effort and that we are learning so much from each match right now."
Oshiro and Watson opened the match with a 6-3 doubles victory over Weber State's Agata Bachanek and Kristi Elmer on court one. The Bronco duo improved to 12-3 on the year.
Boise State clinched the doubles point with a 6-1 victory on court three by Teal Vosburgh and Milena Toseva over the Wildcats' Devi Hasan and Carly Lloyd. The tandem of Vosburgh and Toseva have now won four straight matches as they improved to 5-1 on the year and 3-0 in duals.
The final doubles match went to Weber State where Boise State's Arianna Paules Aldrey and Megan LaLone fell 6-4 on court two.

LaLone followed with a straight-set victory at No. 4 singles tallying a 6-2, 6-1 win over Weber State's Elmer. The junior improved to 17-4 in singles and is now 4-0 in duals this semester.

The next two matches went to Weber State as they pulled to within 4-2 in the team score. Toseva was the first to fall losing in straight sets at No. 2 singles 6-4, 6-1 to Elmer. The second loss was a heartbreaker for Vosburgh and the Broncos who saw Bachanek rally from one set down to win a 10-point third set tiebreaker 3-6, 6-3, 1-0 (11-9).
Paules Aldrey was the final Boise State player to win on Sunday going to a third set 10-point tiebreaker as well.
