Broncos Fall in Final Match at Farms Invite

RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif. - The Boise State women's golf team dropped its final match of the San Diego State University Farms Invitational Wednesday, falling to Nevada, 4.5-0.5.

Consisting solely of match play, the Farms Invitational featured four matches during the tournament and included championship and consolation brackets. The Broncos went 0-4 at the tournament, held at the par-72, 6,199-yard Farms Golf Club.

Sophomore Genevieve Ling picked up half a point for the Broncos against the Wolf Pack, halving her match against Nikki Prichard.

Boise State fell two-and-one at Nos. 4 and 5, three-and-two at No. 1 and five-and-four at No. 3.

Next up for the Broncos is the Cowgirl Classic in Maricopa, Ariz., the final tournament of the regular season before heading to Palm Springs, Calif., for the 2015 Mountain West Championships.
