BOISE, Idaho - Tonight is the first chance for Boise State fans to see their Broncos live as the team holds a public scrimmage at 6:30 p.m. at Albertsons Stadium. As Bronco fans get pumped to see their squad in action, they can get to know today's Lithia Ford Newcomer of the Day, freshman defensive end Durrant Miles.
Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. for Boise State's public scrimmage. Admission is free and the first 10,000 fans through the Albertsons Stadium gates receive a 2015 schedule poster.
Miles comes to Boise after serving a two-year LDS mission following his 2013 graduation from Bingham High School in South Jordan, Utah. The 6-foot-5 defensive end recorded 64 tackles and 10 sacks as a senior for Bingham en route to earning first-team all-state honors from both the Deseret News and Salt Lake Tribune. Miles also had 12 hurries and five pass PBUs, earning him the team most valuable player and all-region honors
Bronco fans can get to know Miles a little more below, and can follow the latest updates and behind-the-scenes happenings of Fall Camp as well as with the many Boise State programs by adding us on Snapchat at "broncoathletics" from a mobile device or tablet.
