FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - Boise State junior Cassidy Bose wrapped up three days of competition at the NCAA Zone E Diving Championships at Flagstaff, Ariz., with a 13th-place finish on the platform.
Bose, the lone Bronco diver at the event, qualified for the final round after placing 13th in the morning prelims with a 222.70. The native of Mt. Pleasant, Wis., then approved upon her prelim score with a 233.35 during the final round to give her a grand total in platform diving of 456.05 keeping her in 13th overall.
The week started out on Monday for Bose when she competed in the first of three events at the championships on the 1-meter springboard. Bose tallied a final prelim score of 244.35 to place in the middle of the pack of 59 divers in 28th place.
Tuesday was the 3-meter springboard competition where the junior recorded a final score of 224.80.
The NCAA Zone E Diving Championships marked the end of the season for the Bronco divers.
