Ostrander Garners Mountain West Weekly Honor

Redshirt junior named Track Athlete of the Week after breaking the conference and school record in the 10,000m
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Boise State redshirt junior Allie Ostrander has been named the Mountain West Track Athlete of the Week for competitions held March 25-31, the conference announced Tuesday.
Ostrander was the fastest collegian at the Stanford Invitational, third overall, in the invitational section of the 10,000m. Her time of 32:06.71 ranks first in the Mountain West, and first nationally this season.
She set the school and Mountain West record, previously held by former Bronco Emma Bates (2011-15), in the process.
The Broncos will return to action this weekend at the Sun Angel Classic, April 5-6, in Tempe, Ariz.
