Bronco Productions
The Boise State Athletics Bronco Productions team is seeking a Graduate Assistant to assist in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: creative videography, editing and longform video storytelling projects.
Job Summary
- Work on sport-specific video projects to help enhance the digital brand of many varsity athletic teams.
- Assist with storytelling features, interviews, and program highlights to promote events, initiatives, and campaigns through digital media.
- Assist with video post-production needs across all varsity sports and supporting areas.
- Be responsible for maintaining NCAA, Conference and Boise State brand standards and rules compliance.
- This position will be required to work nights and weekends, and travel when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience with videography, photography, editing and social media
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds at a time and be capable of being on your feet for long periods of time
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Knowledge of various post-production shooting and editing techniques, including knowledge in cinematic/DSLR cameras, Adobe Creative Suite, lighting, and other industry-standard post-production equipment.
- Experience with social media platforms
- Knowledge of NCAA Rules and Regulations regarding compliance issues
Salary and Benefits
- Position is a 2-year appointment
- Salary will be paid as a biweekly stipend (~$15,000) and will include primary insurance coverage.
- Graduate school tuition will be paid for the 2-year Master of Athletic Leadership program while maintaining completion of degree requirements

- Finalist must enroll and be admitted into the Master of Athletic Leadership program at Boise State University upon acceptance of the position.
- Position start date will be determined following hire selection and the finalist must attend classes in fall 2026.
