Bronco Productions
The Boise State Athletics Bronco Productions team is seeking a Graduate Assistant to assist in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: creative videography, editing and longform video storytelling projects.
Job Summary
- Work on sport-specific video projects to help enhance the digital brand of many varsity athletic teams.
- Assist with storytelling features, interviews, and program highlights to promote events, initiatives, and campaigns through digital media.
- Assist with video post-production needs across all varsity sports and supporting areas.
- Be responsible for maintaining NCAA, Conference and Boise State brand standards and rules compliance.
- This position will be required to work nights and weekends, and travel when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience with videography, photography, editing and social media
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds at a time and be capable of being on your feet for long periods of time
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Knowledge of various post-production shooting and editing techniques, including knowledge in cinematic/DSLR cameras, Adobe Creative Suite, lighting, and other industry-standard post-production equipment.
- Experience with social media platforms
- Knowledge of NCAA Rules and Regulations regarding compliance issues
Salary and Benefits
- Position is a 2-year appointment
- Salary will be paid as a biweekly stipend (~$15,000) and will include primary insurance coverage.
- Graduate school tuition will be paid for the 2-year Master of Athletic Leadership program while maintaining completion of degree requirements

Community Outreach/Marketing
The Boise State Athletics Marketing team is seeking a Graduate Assistant to join a dynamic team within the Marketing & Fan Experience unit, contributing to the department’s mission of building meaningful connections between Boise State Athletics and the Treasure Valley community.
Job Summary
- Coordinate Boise School District events at Dona Larsen Park.
- Build meaningful relationships and connect Boise State Athletics with the Treasure Valley community through impactful outreach programs and engagement initiatives, including school visits, youth engagement events, reading programs, and ticket donation initiatives.
- Lead and support fan development programs, including Buster's Kids Club, Broncos Reading Club, and assist in integrating outreach programs into game day operations and fan experience elements.
- Track and report program metrics, including participation, engagement, and overall impact.
- Contribute to fostering an inclusive and community-focused environment aligned with department values.
- Assist the Marketing & Fan Experience unit with special projects and initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with NCAA, Conference, and University policies.
- This position will be required to work nights and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends, particularly during athletic seasons
- Demonstrated interest in athletics, community engagement, nonprofit work, or sports marketing

Event Services
The Boise State Athletics Sports & Entertaintment team is seeking an Event Services Graduate Assistant to assist in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: facilities, events and operations.
Job Summary
- Assist with the operational needs of Boise State University Athletic facilities, events and operations.
- Oversee the chairback program for football, Olympic sports, and special events held at Albertsons Stadium.
- Assist in the oversight of the BOAS Indoor Tennis Complex, including memberships and facility scheduling.
- Coordinate and manage student scheduling for assigned sports as well as the BOAS Indoor Tennis Complex.
- Serve as the primary Event Services contact for assigned varsity sports, coordinating with parking, security and ticketing staff.
- Gain valuable experience in event operations and guest services procedures.
- Oversee student workers, student clubs, and temporary staff to perform event and facility tasks.
- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of various athletic event facilities.
- Be responsible for maintaining NCAA, conference and Boise State compliance rules.
- This position will be required to work nights and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be organized, reliable and willing to cooperatively work to resolve difficult situations
- A positive attitude throughout and a willingness to engage in a variety of detail-oriented tasks
- Be self-motivated and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including coaches/athletes, event staff, administration, guests, etc.

- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in working in a fast-paced environment

Ticket Operations
Interested in joining the Boise State Athletics ticketing team? We are looking for a Ticket Operations graduate assistant to assist with ticketing services for various athletic and department events.
Job Summary
- Gain real experience working in a Ticket Office.
- Assist with running ticketing for various home athletic events, while also serving in a supporting role for football and basketball games.
- Build season events and manage inventory in the ticketing system (Ticketmaster) for designated sports.
- Become familiar with how ticketing, fundraising, marketing, and communications work together to achieve maximum results.
- Gain experience working with financial operations within an athletic organization.
- Work alongside and provide operational support for the Bronco Athletic Association.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within ticket operations
- Experience within Ticketmaster or other ticketing systems
Salary and Benefits
- Position is a 2-year appointment
- Annual stipend of approximately $15,000, paid bi-weekly over the academic year
