Inducted into the Boise State Hall of Fame in 1985
Doug Scott was one of the finest defensive linemen in Boise State University’s football history. Scott was a four-year starter at defensive tackle and his 325 career tackles rank him third on the BSU all-time charts. He was named to the all Big Sky Defensive team for three successive years and in 1979 was selected First Team Associated Press All-American. He was a first round selection by the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL and in 1984 was named to the Canadian “All-Pro” team.
