Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Game Day Hours
The Albertsons Stadium Box Office opens four hours before kickoff.
For all other sports, the on-site box office opens one hour before start time.
Location
The Boise State Athletic Ticket Office is located on the west side of Albertsons Stadium. The Ticket Office does not have free parking for customers. Visitors during business hours are subject to Boise State parking policies and will find parking payment information around parking lots.

General Ticket Information
- Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued.
- Age Requirement: Everyone age 2 and older must have a ticket to enter Albertsons Stadium and ExtraMile Arena. Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron.
- Payment Methods: The Boise State Athletic Ticket Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Lost or Stolen Tickets: Please contact the ticket office immediately. Reprinted tickets will be left at Will Call and require a valid photo ID to claim.

Clear Bag Policy
To enhance public safety and make stadium access more efficient, Boise State Athletics enforces a Clear Bag Policy at all venues.
Fans may bring in one (1) clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12", or a clear one-gallon plastic storage bag. Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are also permitted.

Accessible Seating (ADA)
Boise State University is committed to providing accessible seating for all fans. ADA seating is available for purchase online or by calling the Ticket Office. If you require an exchange for accessible seating on game day, please visit the main box office, subject to availability.
Ticket Resale & Terms of Use
Tickets are revocable licenses. The resale or attempted resale of tickets on Boise State University property is strictly prohibited.
Boise State Athletics partners strictly with Ticketmaster. We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through third-party secondary markets (StubHub, VividSeats, etc.) and will not be able to reprint or replace invalid tickets.
