TRI-COLOR SCHEME IN BRONCO STADIUM: Saturday's home opener has been designated as the Tri-Color Home Opener, as fans are encouraged to wear an alternating mix of blue, orange and white depending on stadium sections. See Stadium graphic below to determine which color shirt to wear in which section.
STADIUM PARKING LOT DETAILS: The Bronco Stadium parking lot will open earlier than normal Saturday morning for game day reserved parking permit holders. Typical Saturday football games open at 8:00 am, but this weekend, the lots open at 5:00 am for those looking to go to the stadium early for ESPN College Game Day and tailgating. For more information about parking click here.
ADDITIONAL PARKING LOCATIONS: Available parking for Saturday's game also include $10 spots at the Lincoln Parking Garage at the corner of Lincoln and University Drive across from the Boise State Student Union Building and $5 parking at the URS/WGI structure at corner of Front and Broadway. Both those lots open at 5:00 am, and include shuttles to the stadium beginning two hours before the game and one hour after the game.
DOWNTOWN SHUTTLE: The Downtown Business Association once again will provide a downtown shuttle to and from Bronco Stadium, with several pick-up and drop-off locations downtown. Fans can park in downtown parking structures for $5 and take the Boise shuttle to the game. Shuttle stops are located at 8th and Broad, 8th and Main and 6th and Grove.
IT STARTS WITH ME: It Starts With Me is the signature campaign for Boise State Athletics this year, symbolizing a Bronco Nation push around sportsmanship and respecting the opposition. The message is simple: whether player, coach or fan, it starts With me, and together we'll be the example when it comes to sportsmanship.
SERVING UP WISHES: The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Idaho and Boise State Athletics are teaming up for the 8th annual Serving Up Wishes event on Monday, October 18th. The event empowers 100 Bronco student-athletes from all sports in helping raise money to grant wishes to Idaho children. The dinner is held in the Stueckle Sky Center at Bronco Stadium, with the student-athletes serving as servers for the evening and doing talent and fan skits.
