Kim, Kosanovich Lead Broncos at Bill Cullum Invite

SIMI VALLEY, Calif. – Boise State seniors T.K. Kim and Clayton Kosanovich led the Broncos at the Bill Cullum Invitational Tuesday, each finishing in the top 25.
The duo led Boise State to an eighth-place finish in the 20-team field.
Kim finished tied for 15th, posting a three-round total of 218 (+2; 77-70-71) at the par-72, 6,819-yard Wood Ranch Golf Club. He was 3-under-par over his final two rounds en route to his fourth-straight top-15 effort in as many tournaments to start the 2012-13 season.
Kosanovich finished tied for 23rd with a 54-hole total of 221 (+5), his first top-25 finish of the season. He led the tournament after the first round following his season-low 3-under 69, and followed with a 78 (+6) in the second round and a 74 (+2) in the final round.
The Broncos carded a team score of 889 (+25), finishing eighth. After suspending Monday’s second round due to darkness, the field completed the round this morning before playing the final 18.
Junior Minwoo Park (78-74-76—228, +12), redshirt senior Charlie Marusiak (79-77-73—229, +13) and freshman Logan France (72-82-78—232, +16) rounded out the scoring for the Broncos.
Boise State will compete in its final tournament of the fall season – the Kiawah Classic at Kiawah Island, S.C. – beginning Sunday, Oct. 28. The three-day tournament is scheduled to conclude Tuesday, Oct. 30.
