2018-19: INDOOR-
Appeared in the pole vault at the Jackson’s Open, her first competition since her freshman season (Dec. 8) . . . Cleared 10-0 (3.05m) to take fifth at the Bronco Invitational in the pole vault (Jan. 12) . . . Appeared at the Jacksons/Nike Boise Indoor Invite (Feb. 1-2) . . . Cleared 10-00.25 (3.06m) in the pole vault at the Bronco Challenge to take 12th (Feb. 9) . . . OUTDOOR- Competed in the pole vault twice on the season . . . Best finish came at the Border Clash, clearing 9-10.5 (3.01m) to take third (April 26-27).

2017-18: INDOOR- Redshirt season . . . OUTDOOR- Redshirt season.

2016-17: INDOOR – Picked up valuable experience as a pole vaulter in her first season as a Bronco…fourth at the Jacksons Open (10-2 / 3.10m), the opening meet of the indoor season…runner up at the Ed Jacoby Invitational, clearing 10-4 (3.15m)…logged her collegiate PR of 10-6 (3.20m) at the Bronco Invitational to take 10th…posted a top-10 finish at the Jacksons/NB Indoor Invitational, clearing 10-0 (3.05m)…replicated the height (10-0 / 3.05m) in her final meet of the indoor season – the Boise State Challenge…OUTDOOR – Competed in two meets (Sun Angel Classic and NNU Invitational) in the outdoor season.

PREP CAREER
Destiny Begin joins the Broncos as a pole vault specialist from nearby Timberline High School in Boise. She was 10th at the Idaho 5A State Championships as a junior in 2015 thanks to a 10-0, and 11th as a senior (10-1). Her PR came in 2015 when she cleared 10-6 at districts.
