Broncos Conclude Round Two of MW Championships

TUCSON, Ariz. -- Boise State senior men's golfer Ty Travis is tied for 14th place following the second round of the 2015 Mountain West Championships, Saturday.
Travis followed an opening-round, 1-over 72 with a 1-under 70, recording five birdies on the day at the 7,144-yard Catalina Course at the Omni Tucson National Resort.
Junior Shane Allor also carded five birdies, with four coming consecutively, giving him a two round total of 145 (73, 72 -- +3). He will enter Sunday's final round tied for 20th place.
Boise State shot 286 (+2) as a team, moving them to 6th place with a two-round total of 581 (+13). No. 31 UNLV leads the field at 549 (-19).
Junior Logan France (76, 71 -- 147, +5), sophomore Kyle Mitsunaga (74, 75 -- 149, +7) and sophomore David Elliott (80, 73 -- 153, +11) rounded out the scoring for the team.
