Boise State Announces Additions to Concessions for 2022 Season

‘Locals Corner’, ‘Blue 32 BBQ’ added from fan feedback
BOISE, Idaho –As a part of enhancements to Boise State football game day resulting from fan feedback, Boise State Athletics is excited to introduce a new concessions experience for the 2022 season that will highlight local businesses and locally-sourced products.
A new activation, Locals Corner, will be located on the northwest concourse of Albertsons Stadium and feature beverage options from several local breweries and food vendors in a grab-and-go, market-style setting. The new concessions option is designed to support a quick and alternative solution to traditional menu offerings.
Product menus are subject to change on a game-by-game basis but will include the following local vendors during the 2022 season: Lost Grove Brewing, Meriwether Cider Co., Payette Brewing, Sockeye Brewing, and Woodland Empire.
Throughout the stadium, the concessions experience will feature a new point of sale system to drastically reduce the amount of time fans spend in line. Signage has been added to the concourse to help fans easily identify what is being offered and televisions have been installed to ensure fans do not miss a minute of game action.
Albertsons Stadium will also introduce Blue 32 BBQ, after fan feedback indicated a desire for more premium barbecue options within the main stadium. Blue 32 BBQ will be included at all concessions locations throughout the stadium.
For added convenience, fans will have the option to skip lines entirely by ordering concessions directly on the Bronco Sports App.
Returning to the gameday experience is Bronco Alley. Located on the east side of the stadium, Bronco Alley will feature food trucks, extra beverage stands and additional restrooms. Bronco Alley will be open to the east stadium parking lot for two hours, starting four hours prior to kickoff. It will briefly close before reopening to the east concourse once gates are open.
The food trucks at Bronco Alley for each game will be:
- Sept. 17 vs. UT Martin: Fly, Mad Mac, Rusty
- Sept. 30 vs. San Diego State: Basilio's Tacos, MELT, Royal
- Oct. 8 vs. Fresno State: El Gallo Giro, Fly, Mad Mac
- Oct. 29 vs. Colorado State: Basilio's Tacos, Royal, Rusty
- Nov. 5 vs. BYU: El Gallo Giro, Fly, Mad Mac
- Nov. 25 vs. Utah State: Basilio's Tacos, Royal, Rusty
Boise State previously announced enhancements to the Ford Fan Zone. The improved pregame tailgating space will also include food trucks, highlighted by 10 Barrel and Coke.
