The new campaign looks to engage community partners and businesses throughout the state of Idaho

BOISE, Idaho – Following an unprecedented run to the College Football Playoff and a successful Fall 2024 semester for Boise State Athletics, the Broncos have launched the Built Different Campaign to engage BAA members, season ticket holders, and businesses in the Treasure Valley and across the state of Idaho to support Boise State student-athletes and programs. As part of the effort, Boise State is preparing to share revenue with its athletes in 2025 as the pending House Settlement creates a transformational shift in the future of college athletics.

The Built Different Campaign, led by Boise State head football coach Spencer Danielson and the Bronco Athletic Association (BAA) team, is a fundraising initiative to reach out to local businesses and community partners, in addition to current season ticket holders and BAA members interested in driving competitive excellence at a national level in a sustainable way at Boise State.

For the thousands of local businesses and community partners in Idaho, those who are interested can participate in the crowdfunding and receive BAA priority points and special benefits such as access to team events and practices.

"The Built Different Campaign is a direct result of so many supporters asking, 'How can we help?'" said Jeramiah Dickey, Boise State Director of Athletics. "We are grateful for those who have reached out inquiring how we can best retain our athletes as we head into the era of revenue-sharing. This campaign is a priority for us and shows we can and will do things differently at Boise State. We are capable of EPIC here, and it will take all of Bronco Nation and the state of Idaho to make sure we sustain our success on the national stage."

To pledge support and make a tax-deductible contribution visit Built Different Campaign, and designate a gift to the AD Excellence Fund. A full list of benefits will accompany gifts to the campaign as part of the 2025 BAA membership renewal drive this month.

Forms of support to the campaign can be one-time gifts or recurring monthly contributions. Beginning this week, season ticket holders will also have the opportunity to make a commitment to the Built Different Campaign as part of the renewal process for the 2025 season. Commitments to the campaign will count towards each BAA member's annual priority ranking.

The Built Different Campaign has already raised more than $600,000 in support in the initial days of fundraising.

The Boise State football program reached the CFP Quarterfinals at the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl this past season after capturing back-to-back Mountain West championships for the first time in program history and earning its most wins in a season since 2019. The Broncos entered the CFP as the No. 3 seed and picked up the first-round bye after being one of the highest ranked conference champions.

Since taking over the Boise State football program as an interim head coach towards the end of the 2023 season, Danielson has led the Broncos to a pair of conference titles and the CFP appearance as well as compiling a 15-3 record.

Boise State's success this past fall also included the women's soccer team winning the Mountain West regular season championship and both the men's and women's cross country teams reaching the NCAA Championships. The on-the-field success of several programs has seen Bronco Nation setting record attendance numbers for football, soccer and volleyball as well as large crowds for men's and women's basketball halfway through their respective seasons.
