Broncos Add Alma Taleni

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State has announced the addition of transfer offensive lineman Alma Taleni, who spent the 2024 season at Utah. A native of Coomera, Australia, Taleni will join as a redshirt freshman with four years of eligibility remaining.

Taleni joined the Utes with no American football experience, having played basketball at various levels in Australia. He played for the North Gold Coast Seahawks in 2020, averaging 3.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. He also spent time playing in the NBL1, a semi-professional league in Australia.
