BOISE, Idaho - Boise State Athletics announced staff changes among its senior staff as it begins its new fiscal year. On the external side, Jake Mankin was named Associate Athletics Director, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Chris Kutz was named Associate Athletics Director, External Affairs.

Dores will continue to manage the day-to-day operations of Athletic Personnel Services, Boise State Athletics' human resources department, and serve as the sport administrator for the softball program. Over the last few years, her team has developed a streamlined and comprehensive hiring and onboarding process, which spans from volunteers to full-time staff. Dores also plays a key role in coaching hires, including contract creation and special projects. A Boise State graduate and former Bronco gymnast, Dores has been a member of Boise State Athletics since 2016.

Also a member of Boise State Athletics since 2016, Mayer has been an instrumental part of the business operations during his time as a Bronco. He will continue to oversee and manage the athletics budget, manage the business operations and finance teams, and prepare reports for the Idaho State Board of Education, NCAA and Department of Education. This past year, Mayer has assisted with the scheduled transition to the Pac-12 Conference. He also serves as the secondary sport administrator for the women's soccer program and was the interim men's golf sport administrator this past year.

As the CRO, Mankin will oversee all aspects of revenue generation, including ticket sales and operations, Bronco Athletic Association (BAA) membership services and development, premium seating, BAA events, and new and nontraditional revenue streams through the recently-formed Bronco Athletic Growth Solutions.Mankin is also the sport administrator for women's tennis, which won the Mountain West championship this past season and reached the NCAA Tournament.

Kutz will expand on his role by overseeing marketing, community engagement and fan experience. He will continue to lead Boise State Athletics' communications, social and digital media, graphic design, broadcast, Bronco Studios and creative video as well as serve as the men's basketball secondary sport administrator. He joined Boise State in 2024.

Boise State is coming off one of its most successful comprehensive years in its history. The Broncos combined to win 16 team and individual conference championships and make 10 postseason appearances while 10 teams finished with winning records, a first in Boise State history. The competitive excellence was supported by Bronco Nation as Boise State led the Mountain West in total attendance for the second year in a row. Other attendance highlights included seven games, seven sellouts in football, sold out of season tickets in men's basketball, 31 percent growth in women's basketball attendance, and averaged more than 1,000 people at both volleyball and soccer matches.
