Focus on new menu items and value packs, in addition to classic stadium favorites
BOISE, Idaho – Boise State Athletics and Boise State Dining have announced the concession offerings for the 2025 football season showcasing local businesses, locally-sourced products, and a continued focus to reduce wait times at concessions stands.
"Last year's cash-to-card concession upgrade sparked an incredible response from Bronco Nation, driving a 47% jump in transactions," said Nathan Burk, Senior Associate Athletic Director, Operations & Governance. "That shift translated into fans saving the equivalent of 50 hours of waiting in line and more time enjoying the game. This year, our goal is to keep improving while keeping the momentum strong."
Boise State Athletics is offering new value packs in an effort to provide fans with more bang for their buck. The Specialty Burger Bundle will include a cheeseburger, 5 oz. fry, and souvenir soda for $25. Additionally, a new Family 4 Pack will include four RR Ranch hot dogs, four 22 oz. sodas, and a refillable popcorn bucket for $40.
All concession stands accept digital payment, tap to pay, credit and debit cards. For fans who bring cash, there are two onsite kiosks to convert their cash to a no-cost prepaid card. Locations are listed below:
- Southeast lower concourse, inside of Entry 2
- Southwest main concourse, inside of Entry 3
Albertsons Stadium features five full-service concessions stands on the east side and seven full-service concessions stands on the west side of the stadium. Additionally, a variety of food purveyors will be operating out of various areas of the stadium and in Bronco Alley.
The west local's corner will be receiving an update this year. New equipment has been acquired to provide fans with a greater variety of menu items including:
- Fried Chicken Sandwiches (Original and Spicy Buffalo)
- French Fries and Loaded Chorizo Chili French Fries
- Pastrami Burger
- Corn Dogs (Original and Mexican Inspired Street Corn Dog)
- Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich (Beef or Chicken)
- Chorizo Chili Dogs
Bronco Nation will also see the return of many fan favorites from local businesses including mini donuts, coned pizza and La Tapatia, which will be available at designated stands. Other featured concessions items include barbecue-inspired items in the Blue 32 BBQ stand, and traditional stadium fare like premium Double R Ranch all beef hot dogs and hamburgers, nachos, pretzels, popcorn, kettle corn, and candy. Returning signature items from last year include loaded brisket nachos, brisket topped burgers and hot dogs, and brisket rancher Philly sandwich. Loaded pork nachos will be replaced with smokehouse loaded chicken nachos this year. Additionally, a new loaded hammer mac and cheese featuring buffalo chicken will be added to several concession stands this year.
New this year, fans will be able to purchase Asian inspired bowls from one of two Bronco Bowl concessions stands. Bronco Bowls will be available with fried rice, chow mein noodles, orange chicken, and broccoli beef.
Fans will find a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options throughout the stadium. Product menus are subject to change on a game-by-game basis. The lineup will be anchored by selections from Anheuser-Busch, an official partner of Bronco Athletics, including a variety of beers, seltzers, ciders and Coca-Cola products. Additionally, Albertsons Stadium will now be offering a variety of non-alcoholic beers at all points of sale.
Additional beverage options from the following local vendors will be available at Albertsons Stadium during the 2025 season: Widmar Brother Hefe, Stem Blueberry Lime Cider, Skimmers Vodka Iced Tea 1/2&1/2, a variety of DrinkSip non-alcoholic beverages including a lager and a Watermelon Refresher, Kona Big Wave Golden Ale, Odell Mountain Standard, Golden Road Mango, and the Horseshoe Golden Ale. A portion of the proceeds from any purchase of items from DrinkSip or the Horseshoe Collective will be donated to The Horseshoe Collective, Boise State's only department-endorsed NIL collective.
New Bronco souvenir cups will be available to serve as a game day memento.
In order to purchase alcoholic beverages, fans must show proof of identification at the point of sale. Patrons are limited to two alcoholic beverages per transaction.
Bottled water will be available at every concession stand and kiosk throughout Albertsons Stadium in addition to complimentary water stations and drinking fountains. Some drinking fountains are shut off in the winter to prevent damage to aging plumbing systems.
Bronco Alley, located on the east side of Albertsons Stadium, will shift south toward Entry 2. Bronco Alley opens two hours prior to kickoff and will feature food trucks, extra beverage stands, and additional restrooms. The food truck lineup may vary from game to game depending on vendor availability. Food and beverage items purchased in Bronco Alley are permitted to be taken in and out of the stadium, similar to previous years, but are not permitted outside of the black stadium perimeter fencing. Areas will be clearly marked.
The Boise State football home opener is set for Friday, Sept. 5 at 7 p.m. MT against Eastern Washington.
Limited single game football tickets are available online at BroncoSports.com, over the phone with a representative of the Boise State Athletic Ticket Office at (208) 426-4737, or in person at the Boise State Athletic Ticket Office located at the southwest corner of Albertsons Stadium.
