Josh Price Joins Sports Performance Staff

BOISE, Idaho – Josh Price has joined the program as a senior assistant director of sports performance, head coach Spencer Danielson announced on Friday.

Price made his way to the Treasure Valley after serving as co-associate director of athletic performance at Oregon State. Price was responsible for directing training programs, return-to-performance training protocols and assisted with intern education.

Prior to his time in Corvallis, Price worked as an assistant director of performance at App State in Boone, N.C. With the Mountaineers, he was responsible for directing power development, speed training and strength and conditioning programs for the football program. He also assisted with the team's return-to-performance protocol and assisted with freshmen programming.

Price got his start in the industry as a graduate assistant at Arkansas State. On top of his athletic performance responsibilities, he managed the program's nutrition center.

He graduated with a master's degree in sports administration from Arkansas State in 2023 after earning a bachelor's degree in exercise science.

Price has received certification from the CSCS-NSCA. He is also CPR certified by the American Red Cross.
