Bronco Athletics Adds More than 50 New Points-of-Sale and Local Favorites to Stadium Menus

Introducing new South Fan Depot, additional food carts and more value-focused offerings

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State Athletics and Boise State Dining have announced the concession offerings for the 2026 football season with even more locations for Bronco Nation to fuel up for kickoff.  For the first time, a new concession stand will open directly underneath the south end zone stands. The South Fan Depot will offer classic stadium favorites like hot dogs, corn dogs, soda, and beer and new this year are souvenir stadium bowls featuring chicken tenders and other fan favorites. In addition, five new food carts will be open to all fans on the North End Zone concourse at the Broncos home opener on Sept. 12. 

"We are excited to open the South Fan Depot and expand our food cart offerings on the North End Zone concourse for all ticket holders to purchase food and beverages," said Nathan Burk, Chief Operating Officer, Boise State Sports & Entertainment Group. "These new areas have been intentionally created and curated to ease congestion and queue times on the east side of the stadium These concessions will enable us to continue to focus on quality, efficiency, and a decrease in wait time to ensure fans can return to their seats as quickly as possible to enjoy the game. We encourage our fans to take time to explore these new areas and concessions items."

The South Fan Depot will replace Bronco Alley. Fans who have utilized this amenity in the past are encouraged to visit the South Fan Depot to access new and improved food and beverage options.

The new North End Zone concourse provides 37,000 square feet of open space and will feature five  new food carts, multiple beverage carts, and a new draft beer trailer.

The new food carts across the North End Zone concourse include uniquely Boise State concepts like Fiesta Bowls, a new gluten friendly stand, and the Hook & Ladder combining Boise State traditions, and faster service throughout the stadium. 

The West Locals area will feature Fry Zone, serving mini corn dog baskets with options to upgrade to souvenir stadium bowls, and First Down Grill, home to new and bold game day flavors with quesabirria tacos.

Designed for smaller appetites, the new Jr. Bronco Burgers and hot dogs provide a value-friendly option and feature the same premium Double R Ranch beef in a modest serving size at a fan friendly price.

All concession stands accept digital payment, tap to pay, credit and debit cards. 

For fans who bring cash, there are two onsite kiosks to convert their cash to a no-cost prepaid card. Locations are listed below:

  • West concourse, inside of Entry 3 and Entry 4
  • Southeast main concourse, inside of Entry 2

Bronco Nation will also see the return of many fan favorites from local businesses including mini donuts, Coned Pizza and La Tapatia, which will be available at designated stands. Other featured concessions include barbecue-inspired items in the Blue 32 BBQ stand, and traditional stadium fare like premium Double R Ranch all beef hot dogs and hamburgers, nachos, pretzels, popcorn, kettle corn, and candy.

Returning signature items from last year include loaded brisket nachos, brisket topped burgers and hot dogs, smokehouse loaded nachos, and loaded hammer mac and cheese.

One of last year's most popular will also return, Asian inspired bowls from one of two Bronco Bowl concessions stands. Bronco Bowls will be available with fried rice, chow mein noodles, orange chicken, and broccoli beef.

Fans will find a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options throughout the stadium. Product menus are subject to change on a game-by-game basis. The lineup will be anchored by selections from Anheuser-Busch, Modelo, and Bert's Brewing, official partners of Bronco Athletics, including a variety of beers, seltzers, ciders and Coca-Cola products. 

Additionally, Albertsons Stadium will now be offering a variety of non-alcoholic beers in designated areas. Other beverage options from local vendors will be available at Albertsons Stadium during the 2026 season.

In order to purchase alcoholic beverages, fans must show proof of identification at the point of sale. Patrons are limited to two alcoholic beverages per transaction. Stands immediately adjacent to the student section will be limited to one alcoholic beverage per transaction.

Bottled water will be available at every concession stand and kiosk throughout Albertsons Stadium in addition to complimentary water stations and drinking fountains. During hot weather games, water stations will be placed along the concourse and underneath the south end zone bleachers in the South Fan Depot. Water stations will be available on the north, east, and west concourses. Please note, water stations will be removed and some drinking fountains are shut off in the winter to prevent damage to aging plumbing systems.

The Boise State football home opener is set for Saturday, Sept. 12 versus Memphis.
