BOISE STATE CAREER
2020-21: CROSS COUNTRY
- Turned in a bronze medal effort at the Silver State Collegiate Challenge (Feb. 1)...set a personal best in the 6k in each of the first two races of the season...recorded a new best time at 20:36.7 at the Battle Born Challenge (Feb. 19)...finished as the fourth scoring Bronco in the race...earned a top-25 finish at the Mountain West Championships (March 5)...rounded out the scoring five for the Broncos at the NCAA Cross Country Championships (March 15) with a 119th-place finish…INDOOR- Did not compete…OUTDOOR- Made outdoor debut at the Hayward Premiere (April 2-3) crushing previous personal best in the 5,000-meter invite with a time of 16:30.25 knocking over 40 seconds off her previous best...finish fourth with a personal best in the 1,500m with a time of 4:27.70 at the Oregon Relays (April 23-24)...ran in the 5,000m at the West Coast Relays (April 30)...set a personal best in the 10,000m at the Mountain West Championships (May 13-15) with a time of 35:59.97...ran the 5,000m, finishing 12th.

2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY- Ran in three meets for the Broncos…grabbed a fourth-place finish at the Sagebrush Invitational (Aug. 31)…competed at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (Sept. 29) running a career-best 20:59.0…participated at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (Oct. 19)...INDOOR- Opened the season at the Ed Jacoby Invitational (Jan. 24-25) finishing 12th in the mile…at the UW Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb. 1) finished with a personal best in the 3,000-meters at 9:52.38…two weeks later at the Husky Invitational (Feb. 14-15) she set a PR in the 5,000m with a 17:00.1…ran in two events at the Mountain West Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29) finishing 10th in the 5,000m at 17:36.07 and 19th in the 3,000m at 10:05.20…OUTDOOR- Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.

2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY- Redshirt season...INDOOR- Redshirt season...OUTDOOR- Saw action in five meets during her debut season with the Blue and Orange...took home the title in the 3,000-meter at the Border Clash, winning in 10:11.32 (April 26-27)...appeared at the Mountain West Championships in the 5,000-metet (May 8-11)...personal best in the 5,000-meter was a 17:12.97 effort at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (March 28-30)...took 11th in the 1,500-meter (4:36.79) at the Sun Angel Classic (April 17-19).

PRIOR TO BOISE STATE
Nine-time OSAA state champion to her name...joins the Broncos as one of the most accomplished distance runners in Oregon prep history...swept the 1,500m and 3,000m races at the OSAA state championships all four-years of her high school career...never finished lower than second at the state cross country meet, with three runner-up finishes and one title to her name.
