Accessible (ADA) Seating and Parking

Boise State recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and continues to make every effort to accommodate individuals consistent with both ADA and State of Idaho accessibility mandates. In addition, Boise State strives to accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities and has adopted the following ticket policies:

Boise State maintains ADA seating for all venues, consisting of accessible locations with immediately adjacent companion seating. Subject to availability, guests requiring accessible seating may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same row and contiguous with the accessible seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the accessible seat will be offered, if available.

If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, a member of our Box Office or Guest Services team may be able to assist you on event day by relocating your ticket to an ADA seating area. All relocations are issued beginning at door opening on a first-come-first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Tickets are subject to availability and limited to the guest needing assistance and one (1) companion.

We do not offer mobility device storage. Any mobility device which is lost, stolen, or left in the possession of anyone other than its owner is not the responsibility of Boise State University, the Bronco Athletic Association, or any employee or agent of the University or BAA.

You can find ADA parking information online here under “Parking”. All ADA parking is available onsite on a first-come, first-serve basis the day of the event, and is not available for pre-purchasing. Unless otherwise noted, ADA parking is sold and handled by Boise State Transportation and Parking.
