STUDENT TICKET PROCEDURES
WHAT TO KNOW
FULL-TIME Students paying full fees will be given the opportunity to reserve one (1) ticket for free the Monday prior to each home game at 8 a.m.

PART-TIME Students will be able to purchase one (1) ticket on Monday prior to each home game at 8 a.m.

FULL- AND PART-TIME Student will have the opportunity to purchase GUEST tickets on Tuesday at 8 a.m. if tickets remain available. Guest tickets will be limited to one (1) for Sept. 10 vs Washington State and Oct. 20 vs BYU, and three (3) for all other home games, if available. Please note, student tickets are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Click the "Access Student Account" link at the top of this page to set up and access your account.

Log in using your Boise State email address. The first time you log in you will need to click 'forgot password.' The system will then send a temporary password to your u.boisestate.edu email address. Enter the temporary password and then you will be prompted to set a new password for your account. Once logged, click on link next to the STUDENT, PARTTIME, OR GUEST code in your account information. You can also click on the Student Tickets box and put in the promo code in the Access an Offer box on the left side of the page. Below are the promo codes:

Full-Time Student = STUDENT
Part-Time Student = PARTTIME
Student Guest Tickets = GUEST

Follow the remaining checkout steps to finish the reservation process. You should receive a confirmation email at the address linked to your account.
 
WHERE'S MY TICKET?
Your tickets that you reserve will be added to your Bronco Student ID card and you will present the card at Gate M (Northeast corner) for entry to the game. The student and their guests must arrive together to enter the game as all student and guest tickets purchased by the student will be attached to that ID card.

The Bronco Card Office is located in the Student Union Building and is open from 7:30 to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 9 am to 8 pm Saturday and Sunday.

  • If you lose your card, the replacement cost for all cards is $25. You can pay with cash, check, debit/credit or you can bill the cost to your Bronco Web account. Failure to pay the fee from your Bronco Web account may result in late penalties and the fee being sent out for collections.
  • Cards needing replacement due to expiration or name changes will cost $25. Please bring a valid ID with your new name if warranted.
  • Cards that have been damaged due to user abuse will cost $25.
