Redshirt Junior (2011-12) - Went 9-6 at 165 pounds before he suffered a season-ending injury...finished with a 7-4 record in dual matches and was 5-1 in conference action...first-round pin of Cal Poly[apos]s Paul Woodman was his only match that earned him extra points....went 2-2 at the Reno Tournament of Champions...named to Pac-12 All-Academic First Team.
Redshirt Sophomore (2010-11) - Wrestled sparingly for Boise State during his second season...saw action in five duals and two tournaments at 165 pounds...opened the season by winning seven-consecutive duals including two wins by major decision...finished the season with an 8-5 overall record and a 3-2 record in dual competition...wrestled to a second-place finish at the Northern Colorado Old Chicago Open where his only loss came against teammate Kurt Swartz, 3-1 in overtime of the championship match...also competed at the Reno Tournament of Champions...named Pac-10 Conference All-Academic First Team.
Redshirt Freshman (2009-10) - Started 16-of-17 duals for the Broncos at 165 pounds...ended the season with a fourth-place finish at the Pac-10 Championships where he went 2-2...finished the season with a 17-15 overall record which included an 8-9 record in dual matches...wrestled in two regular season tournaments...top finish came at the Reno Tournament of Champions where he placed fifth after recording a 3-2 record on the weekend.
Freshman (2008-09) - Redshirted
High School - Cuthbertson joined the Bronco wrestling program boasting four consecutive Alabama high school state wrestling titles after a dominating career at Scottsboro High School. Cuthbertson was named team captain as a junior and senior. He was also named to the junior freestyle All-America team and the Wrestling USA Academic Team while at Scottsboro. Cuthbertson was also a member of the National Honor Society. His high school coach was Chris Staton.
