AJ Few enters his first season with Boise State men's basketball in 2025-26, and will serve as director of player personnel & men's basketball BroncoPRO. His hire was made official and announced on Sept. 8, 2025.
In his role, Few will have a sizable impact in various areas, including BroncoPRO. He will spearhead recruiting, aid in analytics, provide support in roster construction and serve as a liaison between men’s basketball and the department’s external affairs leadership team.
Before starting with the Broncos, Few was a graduate assistant for two seasons (2022-24) and the head video coordinator (2024-25) for Gonzaga men’s basketball. He played a significant role in the team going 26-9 and reaching the Round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament last season. He also worked as an NBA Summer League coach for the Miami Heat in 2025.
Few attended Gonzaga, where he earned both of his degrees. He graduated in 2022 and 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s in accountancy, respectively.
