Killings joined Boise State as a defensive graduate assistant in 2024. He added the title of assistant secondary coach in 2025.

Prior to joining the Broncos, Killings played in the NFL and CFL and served as a defensive staff assistant intern for the New York Jets in 2022. As a professional player from 2017-21, Killings was a member of the New England Patriots, Philadelphia Eagles, Indianapolis Colts, Green Bay Packers, Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders and Calgary Stampeders (CFL). In 2018, he was a part of the Eagles' practice squad when Philadelphia won Super Bowl LII against the Patriots.

Killings played in 36 career games at UCF from 2013-16. The former cornerback was a two-time all-conference academic team selection and helped UCF win back-to-back American Athletic Conference championships in 2013 and 2014. In 2016, he played for current Boise State defensive coordinator Erik Chinander, who was UCF's defensive coordinator for the first of two seasons.

He was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2017 by the New England Patriots.

Killings earned a Bachelor's degree in communications from UCF.
