Grace Hancock joined Boise State as a graduate assistant in 2022. Hancock was promoted to assistant coach in summer 2023.
Her responsibilities include monitoring the health and wellness of the student-athletes, video analysis, administrative duties, on-field training and running training sessions for players that do not travel.
The Boise, Idaho, native played at Washington State, where her team earned three NCAA tournament berths. Hancock served as team captain her senior season.
Following the completion of her eligibility, Hancock spent a year as a volunteer assistant for the Cougars before playing professionally for a year overseas.
