Hope Bowman joined the Boise State athletic staff in June 2023 and is currently an assistant director of guest services. Bowman is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training 100+ volunteers for guest services and ticket scanning at various varsity home events. She directs membership and membership retention at the BOAS tennis complex, and collaborates with all athletic departments, on campus parking, rec, and club. In addition, she distributes credentials for football games, creates and implements athletic facility tours, and coordinates parking and guest service operations for soccer and softball.
