Kelsey Broadus was named associate head coach for Boise State softball, June 24, 2026. She will serve as the Broncos' pitching coach and work with alumni.
Broadus played for the Broncos (2017-20) and was a member of back-to-back NCAA postseason teams (2018-19). She served on Andrew Rich's staff at Idaho State (2023-26).
She holds nearly 30 spots on Boise State’s top 10 single-season and career lists. She set Bronco freshman records in 2017 with a 2.55 ERA and five saves. Her save total was ninth nationally.

As a sophomore she was the Mountain West Pitcher of the Year and a second-team all-region selection. That season, she held opponents to a .194 batting average against, a Boise State single-season record.
