Matt Schofield joined the Broncos prior to the 2023-24 season from Campbell University in North Carolina where he worked as an assistant athletic trainer.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in athletic training from the University of Pittsburgh, and his Master of Science in kinesiology from Temple University.
