BOISE, Idaho USA Today announced its 2007 Top 25 preseason coaches’ poll Friday, August 3, 2007, with the Boise State Broncos ranked No. 23.

 

This is the second time the Broncos have been ranked in the preseason top 25 poll. The previous occurrence was in 2005, when Boise State opened up the season ranked No. 19.

 

Boise State ended the 2006 season ranked No. 5 in the Associated Press poll and No. 6 in the USA Today coaches’ poll after concluding the season a perfect 13-0 record and a victory in the Fiesta Bowl over Oklahoma.
