Broncos Skate Past NNU, 76-58

BOISE, Idaho – Paul Noonan found his shot from beyond the arc as he recorded five 3-pointers to lead Boise State to a 76-58 victory over Northwest Nazarene, Tuesday.

Noonan led the Broncos (9-4) with 17 points, while adding four rebounds, three assists, two steals and a block to his stat line. Also making an impact was Ike Okoye who registered 15 points and 12 rebounds. This marked Okoye’s third double-double of the season, and just the fourth of his career. La'Shard Anderson added 14 points, while nabbing a career-high five steals on the night.

As a team, Boise State made a season-high 10 three-point field goals against NNU (7-2) as they shot 46.7 percent from beyond the arc during the second half of play.

Drew Eisinger led the Crusaders with 14 points, while Brian Barkdoll pulled down a team-high seven rebounds.

Boise State will open up conference play Saturday, Jan. 2, at Fresno State before heading to Hawai’I to take on the Warriors, Monday, Jan. 4.
