Women's Tennis Signs Vo to Financial Aid Agreement

BOISE, Idaho - The Boise State women's tennis team announced, Wednesday (Nov. 17), that Sandy Vo has signed a financial aid agreement to join the Broncos for the 2011 spring semester.

Vo, a Williamstown, Australia native, comes to Boise State after playing her way to a No. 58 ranking in her home country. Her resume in Australia is full of accomplishments; including winning a Junior ITF doubles title, while also reaching the quarterfinals in singles. Vo won back-to-back State Grade/Premier League Championships in Victoria, and qualified to compete for Australia in the B2 Oceanic Championships in Fiji.

Boise State is scheduled to open its 2011 spring schedule on Jan. 21 (Friday) at the University of Denver in Denver, Colo. The Broncos will spend the first month of the indoor season away from home before returning to Boise to host the University of Arizona on Feb. 25 (Friday).
