Facility Rental Request Process

All requests to use athletic department facilities must be submitted thru the Bronco web site request process. 

  • Complete the request form and submit
 
  • You will receive confirmation of receipt for your request by email asap
 
  • Your request will be reviewed at the Event Planning Meeting
 
  • Notification of status of your request should be sent to you no later than 5 days after your request is submitted.
