Hamilton Named MW Athlete of the Week

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Boise State freshman Vince Hamilton and has been selected as the Mountain West Men's Cross Country Athlete2 of the Week.
A product of Spokane, Wash., Hamilton placed 42nd out of 220 runners in the men's 8K race at the Roy Griak Invitational last weekend in St. Paul, Minn. Hamilton covered the course in a career-best time of 24:53.0, finishing first among MW student-athletes participating in the race.
Colorado State senior Nicole Peters was named Women's Athlete of the Week after placing 16th overall in the women's 5K race at the Roy Griak Invitational last weekend in St. Paul, Minn.
