BOISE, Idaho (12/2/2014) - Boise State's head women's basketball coach Gordy Presnell announced today that the Broncos have added a game to this year's schedule against the College of Idaho. The Broncos and Coyotes will face off next Wednesday night, Dec. 10, at 7 p.m. (Mountain) in Taco Bell Arena at Boise. This game will be a regular season contest for Boise State, but count as an exhibition for the C of I.
Boise State looked for an additional game over the summer but could not locate one. The reason the College of Idaho contest was added late was that the Broncos are only allowed to play two non-division I contests a year. Boise State played Carroll College this past Sunday and needed to wait and see if they would meet the University of Alaska Anchorage (NCAA Division II) in the Great Alaska Shootout, before they could officially add the Coyotes.
Admission to the game is the same as all other women's basketball contests: $6 for adults, $4 for senior citizens (62 years or older) and youth, free for Boise State students with ID card.
