UNIVERSITY PLACE, Wash. -- The Boise State men's golf team concluded the final round of the Redhawk Invitational Tuesday, held at the Chambers Bay Golf Club - site of the 2015 U.S. Open.

The Broncos were led by senior Ty Travis (76-73-77) and sophomore David Elliott (76-73-77), who each finished tied for 27th with three-round totals of 226 (+16) at the par-70, 7,303-yard course.

Boise State finished in ninth place amongst the 18 schools in the field, recording a two-day total of 916 (302-297-317, +76). Tenth-ranked Washington won the team title at 854 (+14).

"It was a great experience to play a US Open golf course in the condition we got to play it in," head coach Dan Potter said. "This will be a memorable few days for our guys. Competitively, a set-up like that will expose your weaknesses in a hurry. The golf course surely got the best of everybody and we have plenty to work on."

Junior Logan France (77-74-85--236, +26), freshman Jacob Byers (73-84-80--237, +27) and freshman Tristan Rohrbaugh (78-77-83--238, +28) rounded out the scoring for the Broncos.

Next up for Boise State is the Ogio UCSB Invitational in Santa Barbara, Calif., April 13-14.
