BOISE, Idaho - Junior guard Marta Hermida was voted the Boise State Athlete of the Week Monday, after her historic performance in Sunday's 94-50 win over Corban.

Hermida earned 66 percent of the vote Monday thanks in part to recording just the second triple-double in Boise State women's basketball history. Sunday against Corban, she netted career highs of 22 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists, helping direct a Bronco offense that set a season high with 94 points.

Going into the second half with 13 points, six rebounds and five assists, Hermida hit double figures in points and rebounds and needed just two assists in the final minutes of the third quarter. She fed Joyce Harrell for a layup inside for her ninth assist, and got the 10th as freshman Hailey Vice-Neat finished a catch-and-shoot from the elbow with 1:31 to go in the frame.

The Broncos (2-2) return to action Thursday at Taco Bell Arena, hosting Saint Mary's (4-1) at 7 p.m.

Also Nominated: Justinian Jessup (Men's Basketball).
