BOISE, Idaho - Boise State head coach Bryan Harsin was named one of nine finalists for the 2019 Eddie Robinson Award Tuesday.

This season, Harsin has led Boise State, ranked 18th in both the Associated Press and Coaches Polls, and 19th in the College Football Playoff rankings, to a 12-1 record and the program's fourth Mountain West title.

The Broncos, which went 8-0 in Mountain West play for the first time in program history, made their third-straight appearance in the Mountain West Championship Game this past Saturday, defeating Hawai'i, 31-10.

Harsin, 64-16 in his sixth season at the Bronco helm, has now led Boise State to five 10-win seasons, with 2019 marking the second 12-win campaign under his watch.

The Broncos' dominance this season was reflected in the postseason Mountain West awards and honors, as 17 Broncos claimed a total of 19 all-conference nods, with STUD Curtis Weaver (defensive player of the year), PR Avery Williams (special teams player of the year) and running back George Holani (freshman of the year) accounting for three of the five individual conference awards.

Boise State will conclude its 2019 season at the Mitsubishi Motors Las Vegas Bowl Saturday, Dec. 21, at 5:30 p.m. MT against Washington (7-5). The game will be televised on ABC.
