BOISE, Idaho - The Boise State football team begins the second half of its 2020 regular season campaign this week, traveling to square off against Hawai'i, Saturday (Nov. 21). The Broncos (3-1, 3-0 MW) and Rainbow Warriors (2-2, 2-2 MW) are slated to kick at 9 p.m. MT at Aloha Stadium, and the game will be nationally televised by CBS Sports Network.

Boise State will play three of its final four regular-season games on the road.

THE SERIES
Boise State leads the all-time series, 14-3, and has won eight-consecutive games against the Rainbow Warriors since a 2007 defeat in Honolulu (39- 27), including a victory in the 2019 Mountain West Championship Game (31-10). The Broncos are 14-1 against Hawai'i since becoming conference foes in the WAC in 2001. Boise State's only other two losses came in 1996 (20-14) and 1999 (34-19), both in Honolulu.

CONFERENCE WIN STREAK
The Broncos have recorded 12-straight conference victories, tied for the second-longest streak in the country. Only Ohio State (18) has a longer winning streak against conference opponents. Boise State also enters Saturday's game in Honolulu on a 17-game regular-season winning streak in Mountain West play. That figure now ranks third in Mountain West history, as, with Nov. 12's 52-21 victory over Colorado State, it surpassed San Diego State's 16-game regular-season conference winning streak from 2014-16. The Broncos can tie for the second-longest such streak (18 by BYU from 2006-08) with a win Saturday, which would leave them behind only the conference-record 24-game streak of TCU from 2008-11.

WHAT A WEEK FOR KANIHO
Senior nickel Kekaula Kaniho enjoyed a decorated week on and off the field from Nov. 9-13. On the field, he scored a touchdown on a 91-yard return of a blocked field goal in Boise State's 52-21 win over Colorado State, and added eight tackles and three passes defended.

Off the field, Kaniho was recognized for his all-around performance in the classroom and in football. On Nov. 11, he was named one of 12 members of the National Football Foundations 2020 Scholar-Athlete Class, and a finalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy, which earned him a postgraduate scholarship worth $18,000. Friday, Nov. 14, he was named one of 30 candidates for the Senior CLASS Award for football.

RED ZONE SUCCESS
Boise State is one of 14 schools nationally to score on every trip into the red zone this season (12-for-12), and one of only five teams to score a touchdown on each possession. Only Wisconsin (11 TD, 1 FG) and Colorado (9 TD, 1 FG) are perfect with double-digit possessions.

END OF FIRST HALF SCORING
Boise State has scored in the final minute of the first half in its last nine Mountain West road games dating back to 2018.
