Broncos Add Five in Recruiting Class

BOISE, Idaho - Boise State beach volleyball head coach Allison Voigt announced the addition of five players to its program, Wednesday. Avery Allen, Susannah Barnett, Charlee Ellena, Angelena Greene and Addison Moss will join the program as part of the 2024 recruiting class.
"We're very excited to add these five to our program," Voigt said. "Each player brings in something different that we need in our program. All five are great people and take care of business in the classroom and will be great students for us. On the court they are all very talented volleyball players. They're hungry to win and are excited to be Broncos."
Avery Allen
Allen joins the program from Mahomet Seymour High School in Mahomet, Ill. She played all four seasons on her indoor team and holds the program record for most career kills and aces. As a junior, she was named the News Gazette Player of the Year and is two-time All-Apollo First Team honoree. She played club for Team One Beach Volleyball.
Susannah Barnett

Barnett is from Olympia High School in Olympia, Wash. She played all four seasons on Olympia High School's indoor team, earning first team all-league honors as a junior and second team all-league recognition as a sophomore. Barnett played club volleyball for Dakine Volleyball Club and plans to study kinesiology.
Charlee Ellena

Ellena joins the program from Carlsbad High School in Carlsbad, Calif. Playing all four seasons for her indoor team, she earned first team all-league recognition as a junior and second team all-league honors as a sophomore. Ellena was also named to the AVCA Phenom Watch List in both 2021 and 2022. She played club volleyball for Tamarack Beach Volleyball and finished in first place at the AAU Twin Fin Waikiki Invitational.
Angelena Greene

Greene will head to Boise from Columbus, Ohio. She led Olentangy Orange High School's indoor team to the Elite Eight as both a freshman and a sophomore. Greene played club volleyball with Ohio Valley Beach and will play for 692 in the upcoming season. A member of the National Honor Society, Greene plans to study psychology at Boise State.
Addison Moss

Rounding out the class is Addison Moss from Pearland, Texas. She is a highly-decorated athlete on Glenda Dawson High School's indoor team, having earned first team all-district honors. She also was named to the Texas Girls Volleyball Coaches Association Postseason Team and to the 2022 AVCA Phenom List. Moss plays club volleyball for the Gulf Coast Volleyball Association, winning the club's team offensive award in both 2022 and 2023. She won a total of 11 tournaments with the club and has had 22 top ten finishes. Â
