Broncos Announce 2023-24 Schedule

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State men's basketball will open the 2023-24 season at home against Vanguard, Nov. 7, as the Broncos announced their tentative schedule. All dates for conference games are subject to change pending TV designations by the Mountain West's broadcast partners.
In conjunction with the release of the schedule the FleX Pass is for available for purchase. The FleX Pass guarantees a seat to all 16 home games at ExtraMile Arena for $125, or $25 a month. Seats will be assigned on a game-by-game basis prior to each contest. This limited time offer ends on Oct. 31.
FleX Passes can be purchased by calling the Boise State Athletic Ticket Office at (208) 426-4737 or by logging on to broncosports.com/tickets.
The first opportunity for fans to see the Broncos in action is a public scrimmage Oct. 7 at 3:30 p.m. at ExtraMile Arena as part of the Homecoming festivities leading up to the football game against San Jose State at 6 p.m.
Boise State opens its quest for a third-straight NCAA Tournament appearance with back-to-back home games against Vanguard and San Francisco (Nov. 12) – the Dons are coming off a 20-win campaign last season en route to a WCC semifinal.
A major test awaits the Broncos with five straight games away from home. Boise State travels to South Carolina to play Clemson in the first leg of a home-and-home series with the ACC foe, Nov. 19. Remaining on the East Coast, Boise State heads south for the ESPN Events Invitational in Orlando, Fla. The ESPN Feast Week field features six NCAA Tournament fields – led by Final Four participant Florida Atlantic and preseason-ranked Texas A&M.
The Broncos open the tournament against Virginia Tech, Nov. 23, and will play either Iowa State or VCU the following day, before closing out the invitational on Nov. 26.
History will be made on Dec. 1, as Boise State and St. Mary's meet in a Quad 1 game in Idaho Falls, Idaho at Hero Court at the Mountain America Center – the first Division 1 basketball game at the arena. The Gaels ended the season ranked 11th in the NET last season.
A four-game homestand, Dec. 5-17, awaits the Broncos, followed by another neutral-site contest against Washington State in Spokane, Wash., Dec. 21. This is the third-consecutive season Boise State will met the Cougars, with the Blue and Orange claiming both contests.
The nonconference slate ends at home against Utah Valley, Dec. 29, to close out 2023.
The Broncos open conference play on the road at San Jose State the weekend of Jan. 6. Boise State will play home-and-home games against all conference opponents except for Wyoming and UNLV. The Cowboys will not travel to ExtraMile Arena, while Boise State will not visit UNLV.
