Recommended entry plazas are designed to improve overall fan experience

BOISE, Idaho - Boise State Athletics announces new entry procedures for all fans entering Albertsons Stadium for football games this fall in an effort to reduce wait times and make the overall experience more enjoyable.

Each digital ticket will include a suggested entry point and gate. However, Albertsons Stadium has instituted an "any ticket, any gate policy" for all tickets outside of Stueckle Sky Center (SSC) and student tickets.

"These new entry procedures will help us implement a safer, more efficient entry process into Albertsons Stadium," said Nathan Burk, Senior Associate Athletic Director, Operations and Governance. "Our goal is to ensure that we are doing everything possible to bring added value to the gameday experience for our fans. We are striving to listen, and respond to any concerns from fans. The new entry procedure is a direct result of the feedback we have received from past events, and strategic investments we have made to improve the gameday experience. We hope that Bronco Nation will embrace the new entry procedures and join us in cheering the Broncos on to victory!"

Boise State Athletics has expanded Guest Service staffing to help fans with questions, concerns, and any needed assistance. All Guest Services personnel will wear a blue, high-visible vest emblazoned with the Bronco logo on the front, and Guest Services written on the back. Fans are encouraged to visit the new Ticket Resolution and Guest Services tables that will be located at each Entry Plaza.

Albertsons Stadium is also expanding its VIP services by creating VIP Entries - labeled Stueckle Entry - to expedite the entrance of VIP fans. Each ticket holder will receive a wristband upon entering the stadium at Entry Plaza 3, Entry Plaza 4, or the Lyle Smith Society Hall of Fame entrance. This wristband will allow SSC guests to travel freely between the SSC and the main concourse.
