O'Mar Stanley Named Ford Boise State Student-Athlete of the Week

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State men's basketball junior O'Mar Stanley garnered Ford Boise State Student-Athlete of the Week honors after leading the Broncos to a 2-0 start in Mountain West play.

Stanley averaged 23.5 points and 11 rebounds per game, with two double-doubles, between the first two conference games of the season.

The junior scored 30 points – shooting 11-of-17 – with 11 rebounds and three assists against San Jose State, posting the second 30-10 game in a MW game in program history.

The Overland Park, Kan., native dropped a team-high 17 points and 11 rebounds in the Broncos' win over No. 17/18 Colorado State, marking the third-highest ranked win in program history.
